The Design And Implementation Of Local Area Network Monitoring System Of An Offices Administration

In recent years, com puter applications gradually extended to the interior of each industry. In order to realize the sharing of resources with in the LAN application has been considerable development, and in order to make better use of the Internet functions, more and more units and provides a variety of functions and Inte rnet interconnection function. But there has also been some bad phenomenon. Because these behaviors is not easy to find and m anage, and therefore how to effectiv ely solve the outs tanding problems become a focus of attention. Ho w to strengthen the m anagement of the computer, make better use of network resources, protect the unit’s internal resources and secrets become increasingly prominent problem. Based on these practical problem s, for LAN administrators, the need for a m onitoring and m anagement software for all computers in the network in real tim e and effective management, give full play to the supervisory role of the software.Based on the problem s above, this pape r designed and implem ented the LAN monitoring system to realize the effective management of computers in LAN, achieving the supervision from the managers and lead ers. The m ain work of this paper is described as follows:① Study the current L AN network m anagement problems and present situation, discussed the dom estic and foreign research of the cu rrent state o f the netw ork management system, analyzes th e mainstream LAN m anagement tool, finally, the importance and significance of the construc tion of local area network m anagement system are puts forwarded.②Analysis of related key technologies of the construction of the system was discussed, including development language and database technology. The system uses mature C++ language, based on C/S design pattern and SQL Server2005, guaranteeing the stability of the system data.③ Based on the demand of the network m anagement of the unit, system development has carried on the detailed requirements analysis of all functional modules in detail, using the UML technology to the main module.④Based on the requirement analysis of system, the system main function modules and the m ain process d esign are carried on, including sy stem initialization, p rocess management, file management, equipment management, message warning and system management function modules.⑤The system is implemented and tested in well condition.During the working of the system to monitoring the computer activities in LAN, the network is m anaged well, reach ing the pu rpose to redu ce resource consum ption, improve the work efficiency, and maintain the security of the network environment.
