Urban rail transit usually electric energy as the driving force, take the wheel-railoperation fast large capacity public transport general. Urban rail transit subway, lightrail, commuter rail, tram and suspended train and many other types, known as "urbantraffic aorta. At present, many cities have launched a city card, which can be a goodsolution to the public transport industry and certain non-public transport industry havelong plagued the automatic toll collection. The systematic construction enablescardholders public consumption of the city’s public transportation vehicles,long-distance bus, subway, light rail, taxi, utility payment, bridge toll, parkingmanagement, newspaper sales, travel tickets, small restaurants and other industries toachieve a card payment and management. Specifically targeted at the urban rail transitcard system design and implementation is also still a minority.The topic of this thesis use B/S development model using ASP.NET+SQL Server2005database technology, safe and reliable storage capabilities of ASP.NET three-layermodel architecture and SQL Server2005database engine, to build a set of urban publictransportation card system, the systemfunctional architecture management settlementsubsystem, the data acquisition subsystem (data replication subsystem), data analysis,statistical subsystem and user self-service subsystem four subsystems, systemmanagement processes based on traffic card management center hubsmart IC card as themain line, connecting bus, subway, rental, ferry and other public transport industry aswell as users and banks, user information is read by the terminal equipment, automaticpayment, clearing and transfer of information management. The main features of thesystem is able to meet the the convenient transportation credit card, self-management,card management, traffic site management, intelligent information statistics, as well asrecharge cards and other functions. Ultimately reached to ease the pressure on urbantraffic, convenient for people to travel, to enhance the efficiency of transport services,and to improve the value of transport services.In summary, the realization of urban rail transit card system, not only canaccelerate the pace of China’s financial modernization, improve the efficiency of thefunctioning of society, to facilitate the work and life of the people. Also other aspects ofurban planning, construction, management and service work to provide detailed and reliable data, to lay the foundation for sustained, healthy and rapid development of thenational economy.
