Data acquisition is an important part of signal and information processing system. With the rapid development of digital technology, high speed and precision ADC(analog-to-digital converter) is widely used in various fields of information technology, so requirements for ADC’s performances and indexes also become higher and higher. How to realize a high-speed and precise data acquisition system has become a research hotspot at home and abroad. Parallel ADC acquisition based on hybrid filter banks structure is an effective solution and has broad prospects of application.This dissertation researches parallel data acquisition system based on HFB, optimizes the design of filters based on power complementary filter banks in terms of principle and related theories. Then the author presents an optimal design for implementation, and verifies the rationality and reliability of the system through simulation and analysis. The main contents include:1. Analyze in theory and deduct the data acquisition system based on HFB, which includes working principle and relevant theoretical knowledge.2. Through the power complementary standard and relevant constraint conditions, deduct transfer function coefficient’s constraint equations of five-order analog analysis filter banks and optimizes objective functions. By using Genetic Algorithm, get an optimal solution and complete the design of analysis filter banks finally.3. Elaborate on the optimizing design theory of digital synthesis filter banks. According to the perfect reconstruction principle, solve the digital filter frequency response and get the coefficients of synthesis filter banks through inverse Fourier Transformation. And use poly-phase filtering structure in Field-Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) to realize synthesis filter banks.4. Analyze simulation deviation in the process of physical realization, and establish a deviation model of analysis filter banks’ transfer function. Through theoretical analysis and introducing a test signal, the author measures a concrete simulation deviation coefficient. And solve the coefficient of synthesis filter banks by using perfect reconstruction principle again.5. Design a parallel data acquisition system based on two-channel HBFs finally. Through analyzing the indexes of the system and simulation test results of the introduced test signal, the author verifies the effective number of the system can reach around 12 bits, which satisfies the requirements of high-speed and high precise data acquisition.
