The expansion of the bandwidth of the signal put forward higher requirements forhigh-speed, high-precision technology of broadband data acquisition. An array of slowerspeed A/D improves the resolution and speed of the conversion. Parallel ADC systemcan be basically classified by time-interlearved(TI) ADC, quadrature mirror filterbanks(QMFB) ADC and hybrid filter banks(HFB) ADC. Time-interleaved architecturecompounds ADC mismatches and is prone to timing errors. Switched-capacitorarchitecture has switched-capacitor noise and speed limitations. The HFB architecturesovercome the time-interleaved architecture’s extreme sensitivity to timing errors and theswitched-capacitor architecture’s speed and noise limitations. The focus is a hybrid filterbank design and calibration of the analog-to-digital converter in wideband receiver.This dissertation makes a thorough research on filter bank design that affecting theperformance of HFB ADC system reconstruction and method that correction deviation.Some of the new method is proposed. Main content is:(1)The power complementary structures HFB ADC system has high reconstructionperformance and system reconfiguration performance with the changes of the order ofthe different structure of analysis filters show different trends. To explain the above twoquestions, we analyzed the analysis filter structure and order impacting on the systemreconfiguration performance.(2)Because power complementary filter coefficient optimization is not taking intoaccount the coefficients of the filter bank truncated. We propose a further optimizationof the method of the power complementary filter coefficients.(3)Because Frequency correction method is applicable only to the two channelpower complementary structure HFB ADC system, frequency correction method isexpanded to multi-channel.The analysis of power complementary structure the power complementary HFBADC system with high reconstructed performance provide the basis for furtheroptimization of the filter coefficients. Frequency correction method expanded to multi-channel is important for the practical application of the HFB ADC system.
