Design And Implementation Of Community-based Management System For Retirees Of Jinzhou District

Socialized management services for retirees from companies refer to the following operation system : after the workers’ retirement formalities have been gone through, the work of retiree management service is separated from the original companies, social distribution is adopted for distribution of retirement fee, retiree management is transferred to different sub-district offices and communities according to territory, and community organizations are responsible of providing relevant management services. In order to meet the needs of socialized management of retirees and to promote the level of work, a perfect retiree socialized management system that will make the work more informational and more effective must be established. This system is designed and developed in such a background. It manages the retirees’ information systematically and automatically, and can be well adapted to the needs of retiree socialized management organizations of different levels, and can maximize its services to the retirees.Retiree socialized management system of Jinzhou district is an important part of the Dalian Jinbao Project. With the continual progress in computer science, the information management system is becoming faster, more effective, and safer in data management. To provide faster services for the retirees, retiree management center in Jinzhou District has given up the original C/S structure retiree socialized management system and has developed a new one based on the currently most popular B/S structure. The software engineering design theory is strictly obeyed. The design process has gone through feasibility analysis, analysis of requirements, general design, detailed design, coding, system test, and a clear illustration of the system development process has been made by data flow diagram, E-R diagram, and system structure diagram.This thesis has made a further investigation and systematic design about the operations and services of company retiree socialized management, in order to unify the management of the whole city’s company retirees’ information, support the retiree socialized management operation of all sub-district offices and communities of the city, and make it convenient for sub-district offices and communities to exchange and share information with social insurance agencies, improving business operators’ work efficiency and their standard of service. In the meantime, this system also provides data support for pension payment system, enquiry, and public service system, etc.. The thesis emphatically studied the requirement analysis, detailed design,and system implementation of retiree socialized management system.
