Design And Implementation Of Retirees Management Information System

With the rapid development of computer technology, computer application in business management has become universal.For a large and medium-sized enterprise, the use of computer can help the enterprise with its common business, which can adapt to the requirements of modern enterprise system, encourage enterprises to move toward scientific and standard stage. Computer-based Management has unmatched advantages such as rapid and convenient search, high reliability , large storage capacity, good confidentiality ,long life and low cost.These advantages can greatly improve the efficiency of enterprises and also are necessary for the enterprise to realize its scientific and standardized management to line in the world. Gushuyuankuang Retreat center has around 3000 retired workers, and the management work mainly rely on the manpower.it is really a hard work to To search some information of some certain workers,because you have to read a large number of account registrations.In order to free administrators from strenuous work, and to do it accuratelly and easily, it is necessary to develop a retirees management system which is also the significance and research purpose of this thesis.As a software engineering master, during the internship I participated in the design, testing and implementation of the retirees management system. It is my greatest achievement to combine the theoretical knowledge with the practical needs from which I benefit a lot.During the graduation project, I mainly do the following works:1. conduct a detailed needs analysis of the retirees management system, producing a data dictionary and data flow diagrams.2. design the retirees management system, including the core functional module design, and the system security design3. realize the main functions of the information management system, including basic functions such as increases, delete, modify, copy and query functions, as well as personnel statistics count function.This information system for retirees are designed and implemented based on C/S(Client/Server) model, useing Access databases and VB6.0 program. In order to enhance the system security, the users of the system are classified into two catogories: the general user and administrator user. the general user may modify his individual user information such as passwords,brower the basic information, and an administrator can carry out all operations. This management system can greatly improve the administrator's day work by enhancing the work efficiency and quality.
