Compared with 2G and 3G, LTE(long term evolution) can be regarded as an age which is able to be uniform and universal. Meanwhile, Chinese enterprises can compete on the same basis as other global leading service providers and gain better opportunities. Technically from a view of wireless access, the routes of LTE network technology are divided differently into FDD(Frequency Division Duplexing) and TDD(Time-Division Duplexing), evolving from WCDMA and TD-SCDMA respectively.Due to different duplex modes of TD-LTE and FDD LTE, their PHY layer designs are different; but the technology and signaling have more similarities and they are universal. Such design with both differences and common ground has respective features of TD-LTE and LTE FDD, which as well brings convenience to the integration of two techniques. This technical integration of TD-LTE and LTE FDD allows the two modes to be complementary and maximizes the efficiency of use of wireless spectrum resources. Besides, such integration maximizes the industrialized effects of LTE products and other industries.This paper studies and explores hybrid networking base station of TD-LTE and LTE FDD combined with LTE Hybrid Networking Project in Nanchong.An introduction of theoretical evidence of TD-LTE scale pilot projects in Chengdu from perspectives of spreading mode, budget research of chains and covering scale under different circumstances, capacity plan and system capacity of TD-LTE, etc.Analysis of present network in Nanchong: After analyzing the scale of present network, covering of present network under different circumstances, business volume of wireless network and Internet user complaints, problems emerge concerning deep covering of present network in certain conditions and lack of continuous covering.Networking design project: Combined with features of FDD LTE and TD-LTE, design principles and targets aiming at those problems, and a detailed planning of chain budget, covering design and capacity design of FDD LTE and TD-LTE respectively.Wireless simulation: Simulation is the key to design, and a comprehensive analysis of important factors of chain budget, covering design and capacity design is guarantee of the quality of project quality. After simulation of pilot stations and analysis of net data, an assessment will be made on adjustment and effect of this design project.At last, due to the complete of the new project of TD-LTE and LTE FDD Hybrid Networking base station in Nanchong, it is necessary to test wireless network routes in the urban area and analyze RSRP, RS SINR, and frequency of applied layer in order to fulfill the subscription. Meanwhile, based on complaints of network in Nanchong, the number has decreased upon the construction of LTE Networkin. Thus, this deign project is feasible.
