Research And Analysis Of Scientific Research Project Management System In Taizhou Municipal Party School

Today is the era of rapid development of information technology, in facing of this new situation, Party school’s information construction work is in a new historical starting point. Traditional scientific research management can no longer adapt to the rapid development of rapid development of the party school. How to improve the level of scientific research management in our school, how to promote the transformation of scientific research management work of the Party school for serving the school,the students and the society better. This paper focuses on the research of a new Party school science project management system, making it more standardized, more fair and more equitable, to further enhance the Party school’s scientific research power and level.This paper will make a brief analysis on the research background, project meaning and research status for the research-project management system of Taizhou Party School(The Party School of Taizhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China). Moreover, the content, scope and main work of the research will be also elaborated. In addition, this paper will make an analysis of the problems existing in the traditional management mode for research projects. After introducing the. organizational structure for internal management, it will also make use of swim lane flowchart to analyze the original management process.for research projects in detail. The software engineering activity diagram is adopted to present the optimized flow chart. As to the functional analysis, it will analyze the duty of those users in the research-project management system of Taizhou Party School. By means of case analysis and description, it will elaborate on the function of the system. What is more, it will also give a detailed account of the overall function package and sub-function package. The relationship between the main components of the system will be designed and defined. It has included the sub-function packages, such as the project information release, project application management, project approval management, project acceptance management, project statistical management, basic data management and system management. This paper will analyze the data which should be processed for different functions of the system. The control-typed relation graph and entity-typed relation graph for the system will be provided accordingly. The database table structure is built.After summarizing the research and analysis,this paper will also make an outlook on the future work.Through the software engineering analysis method, The paper analyzes the business needs of Taizhou Municipal Party school scientific research project management.The business process is optimized. Using object oriented development method of functional analysis and data analysis tools, the paper establishes scientific research project management system mode. The paper provides reference and reference for the information of scientific research project management work, and has made the contribution for the reform and development of the scientific research project management mode.
