The information technology increasingly very profound, the development of various industries have had a profound impact. The competition between the enterprises into the competition of information.Dongguan Songshan lake is the focus of a large number of high-tech enterprises and information products manufacturer at present.Human resource management system of Dongguan enterprises is an important regional organization and management platform of enterprises, In order to improve the technology of the system, this thesis is to solve the problem and put forward the study.In this thesis by using the process of software engineering management system,and through each link of management. Every software development process by the project team review, in order to achieve comprehensive management of the whole system. Roughly divided into the following process: first is feasibility analysis software requirement analysis, the process mainly adopts the meeting communication, demand, a comprehensive discussion and use-case pictures out each system function diagram,discuss with intuitive way of chart and users, determine the system each function module. Followed by the use of software technology and architecture were analyzed,and the choice of the current mainstream pattern, ensure deployment operation reliability. The third is the software design. According to the business relationship, to design the specific function of each module, according to the flow of events to decomposition of class, determine the class, the relations between the system design in detail. Fourth, according to the document in the previous related analysis, function code,for the realization of the specific function. This phase is the logical form of demand,applying various specifications into code. Finally is to conduct code and system testing,testing and functional cohesion of requirements one by one degree analysis.
