Design And Implementation Of Campus Information Portal System

With the rapid developm ent of net work technology and com puter technology, human science has entered the era of info rmation. Management has been changed because of the inform ation technology. Along with th e science and techno logy unceasing renewal, the school m anagement pattern is updated. The of fice efficiency is improved because of infor mation system construction and application. In add ition, many tasks of school can be com pleted through the services provided by the Internet, which make faculty and students relate af fairs more convenient. Cam pus information portal is conformity and an integ ration of the whole campus information resources, its development mainly includes th e interface design and developm ent process of background program site.This thesis has done the following work mainly in the developm ent of unified campus information portal system(1) In this thesis, the developm ent background of the system is studied, and puts forward the development goal and the significance. This thesis also researches the status at home and abroad.(2) This thesis study on the key technique s used in the process of developing the system, these technologies include Java Script technology, XML technology, CSS technology, Struts technology, Spring technology and Hibernate technology.(3) This thesis analysis the requirem ents of the sys tem, including feasibility analysis of the system and the necessity of the system. In additi on, this thesis also introduces the working status and problem s within the school, and gives the solution t o the problem. Finally, the thesis analyses the system functional requirem ents and non functional requirements.(4) This thesis designs and implements the system. In the system design stage, this thesis focuses on the system architecture, use cases, functions and database design. T he system uses C/S architecture; the system use case roles including system administrators, students, teachers and anonym ous users. The function m odule of the system including the academy, colleges and departm ents, cultural life, teaching m anagement, user management, library, employment guidance. In the im plementation stage, the main realization process of the 7 modules is introduced in this thesis.(5) The function m odules of the system are be tested in this thesis. This thesis introduces the design process of the test envi ronment and test case, and the test results of the system are given. Through the test we can see, the system running stably, the functions are reasonable, and the system can meet the needs of the school daily management work.(6) This thesis finally has carried on the summary to the developm ent process of the system, and the system of perfect future is prospected.
