University Financial Management System is designed by theoretical and practical method. This paper has seven chapters. Chapter one is introduction, which demonstrate background of this topic, current domestic and overseas situation, research method and purpose. Chapter two is basic theories, which refer to this system. Object Oriented Development Method and Microsoft.NET development platform is demonstrated. Chapter three is analysis of University Financial Management System based on Object Oriented Development Method. There are four steps: use case diagram, class diagram, interaction diagram and state diagram. Chapter four is design of University Financial Management System based on Object Oriented Development Method, which refer to design function and database design. Chapter five is implementing of University Financial Management System based on Object Oriented Development Method, which based on basic research to show system. Chapter six is test of University Financial Management System based on Object Oriented Development Method, using test case to finish junior test. Chapter seven is conclusions, which make resolution and discover deficiency about this system.There are four points of purpose about this system. Firstly, financial information and resources can be shared and integrated. The problem of information isolated island can be resolved in some extend. Secondly, this system can enhance means and method of modern financial system. The efficiency of information enquiry and utility can be improved. Thirdly, financial information can be control centralization. Using uniform management platform, forecasting, monitoring and evaluation can be come true, which provide solid technical support in other areas.
