Software Design And Implementation Of Hongming Electronics Logistics And Financial Management

With the rapid development and the continuous expansion of Chengdu Hongming Electronics Company, the company management has been unable to meet its leaps and bounds, and an effective information system is lack to support the entire company’s information technology unified management. Although in the past few years, the company introduced the UF financial software to improve the efficiency of the Ministry of Finance, it uses gold abacus Invoicing software. Further,there is not any exchange data between software. Hence management confusion between production plans, order of production plant is still unsolved until now and rated consumption, cost accounting and Business management are not accurate. Communication between departments delayed for a long time. As a result it is difficult to coordinate work of all parts and company often can not transact with busier on time. So it is critical to realize unified management of productions, sales, warehouse and finaciance.In this thesis we present the software system to solve the problems of management of Hongming Electronics Company, visualize object of productions, sales, warehouse and finaciance. ERP systems business objects can simplely and fastly solve all the problems in the management process through visual operation, and improve the status of that the consolidated financial and logistics are not a closed loop. This software makes cooperation with professional software company on the basis of independent development, and develops a new generation financial and logistics management software of Chengdu Hongming Electronics Company. Based on informational requirement of company, we present Enterprise information management platform based on financial counting and logistics management by.NET, Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, SQL Server 2005 and object-oriented techniques. This paper uses the object-oriented technologies to describe requirements and design of the systems in the system build process.The test results show that the system can meet the current unified information management requirements of the Chengdu Hongming Electronics Corp.
