At present, it has been the rapid development of the network, information technology and digital technology level, drawbacks of the traditional classroom’s conventional teaching methods, just as teaching quality, teaching the coverage and others, has been greatly restricted. The post of digital campus construction has been made pacifically in "State secondary vocational education reform and development demonstration school building program". It is one of the main construction content as the teaching platform and test database platform.For teaching vocational skills, a shared digital repository has been build and develops in-depth and a specific solution for the digital shared resources of vocational education has been introduced. The standard theory and the resource methods are combined as the topic research ideas, at the same time the successful experience of curriculum development of domestic and international network has been learn. To share the integrated development as guidance, select international distance learning resources SCORM common development standards, it is analyzed and elaborated of the reconfigurable micro unit, learning objects, aggregation model, operating environment and other operating principle of the network’s curriculum resources. The main contents include:Its own inherent characteristics, vocational Education, has been researched and elaborated. By introducing the concept of integration and sharing mechanism, a digital resource’s content&sharing mechanism for teaching vocational skills has been proposed. Its main feature is that: a suitable vocational education teaching skills digitized resource sharing applications, has an open, flexible, integrated and intelligent integration and sharing, and can make use of network information exchange mechanisms, interactive interface to computer information systems, remote collaboration and networking, etc. This content&sharing mechanism will realize the organic sharing and integration for the digital resources of education and teaching.National standard, just as resource sharing coordination services, etc. has been analyzed and elaborated. The national standards which are the common control-based protocols and the network multimedia terminals&applications are used to define the information processing and sharing for coordination of teaching resource sharing. In this way, a new model and new equipment can be provided for improving the professional skills of teaching the level of information to enhance the digital teaching resources sharing professional skills.The digital resources to develop common standards and technologies would be researched for the teaching vocational skills. Through the analysis of relevant concepts of modern distance education network resource development, the elements and characteristics are described for the development of network shared education and the SCORM compliant digital teaching resource development programs are proposed. Using SCORM standards, it would be crusted and integrated which is the network share teaching of learning content to achieve higher teaching and learning purposes.The networked digital resources to develop shared characteristics is studied and proposed. Through character the modular integrated courseware, it can be described which are the core elements of a modular-based resource development and the integration advantages of modular integrated course ware ideas. And the designed architecture also has been made for the digital network to share teaching vocational skills learning platform.In practical applications way to carry out network shared resources courseware development process research, this way would be analyzed of vocational education curriculum development law. By analyzing the tasks and goals of teaching, the typical tasks and work scenario for the curriculum would be overall planned. The courseware development process is clarified. Also face the sharing network curriculum, the courseware content’s partitioning method and the shared network resources organizational structure are all proposed. The implementation steps which is shared resource development of the courseware has been given using the standardized design templates. From a software engineering perspective, courseware development and production processes also would be given in order to realize the functions static page code of the courseware titles, content, questions and order logically the shared resources courseware content in the course structure.
