With the popularization of computer and the development of information technology, in order to improve office efficiency, office automation is popular in various industries.Using the Internet, computers, information technology, office assistant allows people in different departments and different positionsto cooperate for certain tasks. Office assistant system is a platform built on information technology, and is a management software providingconvenience, reduceing costs, improving efficiency for office staff.At present, there is no unified office assistant system in China Mobile, each department is using their own office assistant system. Most of the company files are printed or copied on papers, file distribution is long process with high cost. This condition no longer meets the requirement of the company’s administrative work. In order to save the office cost meanwhile assure the file distribution is fast and precisely during the daily administrative work, this research will design a new office assistant system based on the practical situation of the company. This platform belongs to the new generation of office assistant system, which can transfer the information as fast and precisely as possible from each functional department to their authorization department or to the personnel who has the right to deal with it. The file receiver can be reminded by both network terminator and cell phone. This system is completely based on “four level collaborative model” which covered all the levels from all relative departments in the company. The realization of this office assistant platform is a helpful attempting on the turning of theory to office assistant.The aim of the this research is to build a unified office assistant platform and develop a platform which can provide business collaborations, personnel collaborations, group collaborations and management collaborations among all related departments on 2 different levels, so that the managing collaboration among each department and the administrative information sharing of the company can be fulfilled. According to the information management principles of the country, the office assistant platform developed by this research will be used in information management of relative departments in the company.A new administrative information management platform has been developed in this research. This platform is developed by using LINQ to Entity technology combined with C# and SQL SERVER. During the developing process Objective oriented analysis and design(OOAD) is adopted in analysis and design, and the system modeling is under Unified modeling language. And ASPNET developing technology,C#NET language and SQL SERVER 2005 database are also used in developing this platform. This platform will improve the poor office assistant situation among the related departments, and it will eliminate the information isolation between departments and increase the office efficiency.
