Integrated Application Of Enterprise Mobile Office System Design

Along with the development of Internet technology, electronic commerce mode have shift from the original PC cable network to adopt the mobile wireless network mode. This pattern is known as a mobile office, can also be referred to as \ "3 a office\", namely office personnel at any time, any place(Anytime)(Anywhere) deal with business related Anything(Anything). This new office pattern, can let enterprise related personnel to get rid of the shackles of time and space, the unit information anytime and anywhere can free interaction flow, work will be easier and more effective, more harmonious overall operation. Mobile office using a smartphone or tablet over a wireless network to connect to the enterprise application system for information exchange, can effectively improve the work efficiency, easy to solve some urgent things, understand the latest situation in a timely manner, promote the growth of the enterprise benefit.This system adopts the standard J2 EE patterns, ASSH(Android + Struts + Spring +Hibernate) framework technology, using the JAVA language, based on Windows platform,MySQL database, Tomcat application server to build a set of integrated application of mobile office system. Implements the enterprise announcement, document processing,attendance management, file query, online examination, send E-mail, customer information,etc.The paper discusses the idea of software engineering the system demand analysis,general design and detailed design and system implementation. Demand analysis stage using UML use case diagram to describe ordinary employees, department leadership,corporate leadership and comprehensive administrators four characters on the system’s functional requirements; Part of the overall design of the system are discussed in physical structure design, function structure and data structure design; In the detailed design implementation using program flow diagram and class diagram describes the detailed design and implementation process of the system.
