Design And Implementation Of Population Information Management System For The Public Security Department Of Jinhua

Population resource is the foundational resources of social development. The population information grasped by the national related departments is the management of a country’s most important resources. The population information effectively managed by the public security departments is fundamental to improve a country’s soft power, and is also an important driving force to promote social progress and development. Due to the current public security departments population information management for Jinhua is not very advanced, and the existing office environment can’t meet the basic needs of the population information for the social and relevant departments. So the public security departments of Jinhua urgently need to design a population information management system that can satisfy the social demands, have a stable operation and can improve the efficiency of the public security department.This thesis studies the application of population information management system for the police departments of Jinhua, mainly to facilitate the social and related departments to efficiently obtain information about the population in Jinhua, and to improve the efficiency of the public security departments of Jinhua so as to better serve the people. The mainly discuss of the thesis is as follows:Firstly, according to the characteristics of inherent population distribution in Jinhua, this issue introduces the research background and purpose and current development of the public security population information management system. According to the need of the population information management for the public security department in Jinhua, the important role of the system in terms of population management is described.Secondly, by analyzing its own characteristics of the public security population information management system for Jinhua, the performance and function of the system are given a detailed description of requirements analysis; specific flow charts of important part of the demand are explained, to prepare for the realization of the system.Thirdly, based on the requirements analysis, the system is designed in the modular thinking. The overall frame of the system is given first, and then according to the characteristics of the jinhua, the flow chart of the specific function and the diagram of the UML model, and the database of the system of database are designed safely and rigorously.Fourthly, according to design processes of the main modules of the system, this thesis gradually realizes the function of the system and improves the performance of the system. And the key code of the realization of the modules and the corresponding interfaces are given. After the system has finished, the system is fully tested to ensure its stability.The public Security population information management system for Jinhua uses a architecture model of B/S to achieve the management of demographic information, the system has been tested to meet the needs of indicators proposed by police departments in Jinhua. The system is easy to operate, has an intuitive form and friendly interfaces. The stability of the system is good, and it plays a certain role promoting population management efficiency of the public security departments.
