The inspection of the station’s effective guarantee of a basic work of Hydropower Station and its safe operation of equipment. Grasp the operational status of equipment through inspection found that equipment problems and security risks exist, in order to eliminate hidden dangers in a timely manner, so that the normal operation of the equipment. This is directly related to the hydropower station operation, maintenance, incident handling, management, work assessment.The traditional inspection system is a combination of GPS positioning, the use of handheld mobile computing devices(PDA) to obtain device information, this makes the system the poor real-time performance, construction and maintenance of expensive. In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional inspection system, According to the working characteristics of the hydropower station and line inspection for the inspection ways and means. Propose a Hydropower Station inspection method based the intelligent Android system terminal, two-dimensional code, 3G/WIFI and Web Service combined, the overall framework of the system, hardware and software architecture design, the demand in the inspection process were analyzed to establish a scientific and effective maintenance inspection system.This paper outlines the overview of the development of mobile inspection system. Then mobile inspection system of related techniques(Android,Two-dimensional code, etc.) are introduced. The weak links for mobile inspection system, Mobile inspection system requires timely and accurate transmission of inspection data to a remote server, so efficient real-time to ensure the normal operation of hydropower equipment. According to the system requirements, Analysis and study mobile inspection system structure frame, Grid topology and data exchange framework, And the key technologies of the system to carry on the design. Thus formulated the flexible and effective mobile inspection system of Hydropower Station. It implements Android mobile terminal, back-office services side, Web services, and database. It meets the needs of the equipment inspection of hydropower station. Establishment of the system not only further enhance the contact information, interactivity and sharing capabilities between devices, but also has guiding significance for transparent monitoring and efficient management of power generation equipment. The patrol system can be widely reference significance in oil wells facility, base station inspection, anti-hunting patrol, yard patrol and other fields.At the end of this article summarizes the experience and inadequate work done, and pointed out the need to continue research direction.
