Since the development concept of "Internet +" was proposed by premier li,it has swept the Internet industry with its innovative,open and connected features."Internet +" means "Internet + various traditional industries".It closely combines the two,gives full play to the technical advantages of Internet efficiency,optimizes the deficiencies of traditional industries and creates new space for development.In recent years,the new rise of two-dimensional code technology,because it can be used in a wide range,high fault tolerance,storage resources,decoding reliability,high,encryption,low cost,simple production,durability,and other advantages and rapid development.In the context of the rise of mobile Internet and the popularization of intelligent terminals,two-dimensional code has become the most important tool of mobile Internet and contributed to the entry of enterprises into the era of big data.In order to recharge mobile phone charges,China mobile launched the mobile phone recharge card business.The traditional recharge method is to manually enter 18-bit password to recharge after dialing,which is complicated and tedious,error-prone and inefficient.Based on the above situation,based on the QR Code technology as the foundation,to study the encoding and decoding process,at the same time reference and analyzes on the advantages of the DES and RSA hybrid encryption algorithm performance,put forward to scan qr code instead of the traditional dial-up top-up charge a new way,at the same time to study and analysis of its core technology,and put forward solutions to may encounter situation.The main tasks of the thesis are: generate QR Code type QR Code based on Android platform,apply encryption technology in the process of QR Code coding,develop QR Code software with encryption function,and complete the function set in the thesis that only specific APP can be used to decode correctly.As payment technology requires interaction and integration between systems,this paper does not actually implement recharge function,but designs the application scenarios and possible situations of the software Replacing the traditional manual password input method with the convenient and quick code scanning payment method,it can not only solve the tedious and error-prone manual input problem,but also improve the business efficiency and user satisfaction,which to a large extent promotes the promotion and development of China mobile to the direction of "Internet +".
