The safety of water supply concerns about the people’s livelihood,and with the rapid development of economy in China,water pollution has become increasingly prominent.Nowadays,the effective supervision of water supply security has become an important agenda of governments at all levels.After decades of development,the water quality supervision in China has been gradually improved,however,there are still some weaknesses.Mobile inspection,as one of the main means of water quality supervision,still depends on eyes-watching,notes-taking or oral reporting.The regulatory arbitrariness makes it not conducive to the implementation of supervision.Based on the major national science and technology special subject "Urban And Rural Water Supply Technology Integration And Comprehensive Demonstration of Jiangsu Province",this paper conduct research on the existing mobile inspection system,and design a mobile inspection system of water quality supervision based on intelligent cloud platform,Internet of things,mobile Internet and sensors.Also,comprehensive tests and analyses have been conducted in the paper.The main work is as follows.(1)According to the requirements of the project and current situation analysis of water quality supervision system and mobile inspection system at home and abroad,the processes in the mobile inspection system of water quality supervision is designed from the perspective of cloud service.The logical,physical and database structure of the system are designed as B/S +App,based on Spring + Spring MVC + MyBatis.(2)The multi-function modular of the platform and the mobile terminal are developed.The platform can manage inspection and users,draw tracks of inspection process based on JavaScript and Baidu Map API,receive inspection results based on Socket and HTTP communication.The mobile terminal can receive inspection missions and upload inspection reports based on Socket communication,real-time locate and draw inspection process tracks based on Baidu Map SDK,collect water quality data based on Bluetooth communication,manage information of water quality monitoring equipments based on Goolge ZXing QR code,realize the steganography of inspection information based on LSB image hiding algorithm,and upload inspection images based on HTTP communication.(3)A water quality monitoring equipment maintenance AR system based on natural characteristic registration is designed.The tracking and positioning accuracy of the system is imprived by the combination of monocular visional SLAM/SINS and the using of extended Kalman filter method.The mobile information maintenance based on AR is also realized.(4)The functional tests of the platform application and the mobile Android application are carried out respectively.The analysis and evaluation of the results prove that this mobile inspection system is stable and able to satisfy the design requirements.
