| Current domestic property management companies is mainly by manual management, this management mechanism needs a lot of manpower and unable to, already more and more adapt to the development of the times and the management of high-grade residential.According to my current work situation, and instructors jointly established the "property management system of Changchun real estate group" the research topic, through the actual use of the system, the area of daily management more convenient, can enhance the management level of the area, also make ordinary owners on the property more transparent regulation, improve the owner’s satisfaction.This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of "property management system of Changchun real estate group". This system is based on B/S structure, management system using ASP.NET technology and SQL Server database technology combined. In this paper, the main research work includes the following aspects: Chapter one briefly introduces the the research background, purpose and domestic and international research present situation and significance of the research, the main contents of this thesis are summarized. The second chapter summarizes the main technologies involved in the design and implementation of application system. The third chapter presents Changchun real estate group property management system demand, carries on the demand analysis, the system design in the back play basis. The fourth chapter is the overall design of the system, the design of the whole system framework and components. The fifth chapter is the detailed design of the system software, each function of the system description. The sixth chapter is the part of system implementation, the main function is to achieve the system and display part. The seventh chapter uses a variety of testing methods to test the system. The eighth chapteris the conclusion, summarizes the research results of this paper and the work on the next prospect. |
