| With the rapid development of Internet technology, it becomes possible tomanage residential in an intelligent way. As we all know, residential propertymanagement is closely related to urban and modern city. In the past, people have beenusing the traditional manual way to manage residential property.Based on themanagement approach; there are a variety of shortcomings, such as: inefficient datamanagement, poor data security and so on. In addition, as the district expanding andincreasing number of households, such as cars, the maintenance, complaints bound toincrease, which increases the difficulty of the work for residential property managers,and with the cumulative time, management data is bound to increase, so that thedata inquiries, updating and maintenance will surely become difficult. Therefore, inorder to meet the high-tech development and improvement of modern residentialproperty management, it is imperative to build a property management system.In order to improve the efficiency of residential property management andbetter meet the diverse needs of users, the system takes the ASP.NET platform as thebasis, design and develop the residential property management system in the server+IIS+SQL Server2005, Windows2008’s environment.In this paper, we investigatethe differences between the status of domestic and international management.Startingfrom the reality, to improve the efficiency of residential property management,quality of service and reduce administrative costs for residential managementpurposes, we designed and implemented the residential property management systemas described above.The overall features of this system include: system management, equipmentmanagement, parking management, fee management, maintenance management,complaint management, staff management, household information management, andbulletin management module. System users are composed of system administrators,district administrators and district management center tenants. In this system, thesystem administrator has the highest authority. The operating system is divided intofront and back operations. The district administrator is responsible for handling management center residential tenants of the relevant information, such as billingutility bills this month and the time to update community bulletin information. Systemmanagement is mainly responsible for the maintenance of the system, such aslandscaping the front page to ensure the normal work. Area residents view theforeground through the system and apply relevant information related to the business.The system has implemented the following functions:1. Users can access avariety of data to meet their needs;2Users can retrieve a variety of accurate data;3.The system is able to operate stably. That is, it has good durability;4. Taking SQLServer database as the management background database.The system involves the following data table: employee information table,device information table, residential tenants’ information table, parking informationtable, building information table, maintenance records information table, complaintinformation table, billing information table, announcements and other informationtable. This system is mainly focused on black box testing methods to test each modulefunction of the system. The system is tested in accordance with test sets for eachmajor management module, this system test modules include: login module, devicemanagement module, parking management module, service information managementmodule and complaints management module.In summary, this paper describes in detail the various steps of the design ofresidential property management system, namely the design, which can give referenceto residential property development and implementation of the management system. |
