Design And Implementation Of Bank Customer Analysis System Based On Data Warehouse

Along with the diversification of customer needs and personalized business succeed in the fierce market competition to win, it must according to customer’s different needs for customer segmentation, targeting different customer base, providing different services.In this thesis, based on data mining technology, customer relationship management in the banking sector, especially for the classification of bank customers in the application, using data mining techniques can be found in large amount of customer data in useful information and knowledge, and thus can effectively enhance the custormer relationship mangement quality, to achieve the purpose of improving the competitiveness of banks.This thesis focuses on the research of the customer relationship management process, the overall structure of the scheme, system architecture, design and implementation of application the core module of the system. The main work of this system includes:A review on the Agricultural Bank and management system of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of China China, China Merchants Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, and other banks in Heilongjiang province asset management regulations and the customer management personnel to carry on the investigation, analysis of customer management needs in different banks, summarizes the domestic bank customer management present situation foundation, the agricultural bank custormer analyze management system requirements analysis and requirements specification writing;(2)In the requirement analysis, the customer analyze system for a summary of the design, module function of the system, and eventually formed a system design,outline design and detailed design based on the complete system, coding and testing;The running result of system shows that, this system can effectively integrate and manage the customer information management system. The system can satisfy the practical needs of the customer department of Agricultural Bank, and effectively improve the office efficiency.
