Research On The Behavior Analysis Based On Data Warehouse And Data Mining

Behavior analysis is a special social network analysis, is to provide effective intelligence information for the state judicial department, which are used to detecting, preventing and combating crimes. By using Data Warehouse and Data Mining technology, discovering knowledge from mass of disorderly information, analyzing and describing the behavior, dealing with the hidden rules and laws, intelligence information will be born to support investigation and detection. It has important and practical significance.Currently, the information and data in different industries and areas are independent, and difficult to combine. It limited the analysis and access of the intelligence information. Therefore, the model of the behavior analysis data warehouse was designed, by using the star structure and the relational pattern. Information and data were organized and managed reasonably. The data warehouse which integrated the information and data from different industries and areas was built. Multi-dimensional data was made from OLAP. The basic functions of inquiry and matching have realized. Intelligence analysts got the information and data support for decision.Algorithm ID3 was used to classify the behavior data, discover the features and modes. Adding experimental coefficient was feasible to improve algorithm ID3. Algorithm Apriori worked for discovering the laws and rules from the relationship which was among feature attributes, behavior and events. Using the concept of classification of clustering, the behavior data were classified by probability and frequency, and the model was built for intelligence information analysis.Appling the results of the research in practical cases, behavior analysis has achieved the ultimate goal, which's producing the intelligence information for investigating. The statistics of city A show that the rate of the ability to find the intelligence clues increased 11% by using Behavior Analysis. It can expand the accesses and methods to find the intelligence clues by using behavior analysis. It has achieved the expected aim, and has got the high practical value.
