In the face of the increasingly severe competition in the telecommunication market, the previous analyzing mode is not able to satisfy the requirement. Directing at different consumers with different market and making a ready response to the market trend, the Chuxiong Telecommunication decided to build an analysis system with the data warehouse technique.This article scoops out research and application with data mining technique which is based on the local accounts and management data of Chuxiong. It's analyzing customers' relation and customers' data in mass business system data and using the clustering model to build up an analysis model. It proposed the data mining project with MS data warehouse technique. After a half year of construction, the system has already been used successfully. It meets the requirement of the market analysis.
