The key points and difficulties of the problems encountered during the development are analyzed and solved.Based on meteorological NMS application network topology related needs, the system proposed three-tier network topology discovery based on SNMP agent mechanism, the main achievement of the user’s login management, configuration management, performance management, fault management and security management functions.
