With the deepening of information technology in university, and the development of content of courses and reform of curriculum system, high education puts forward a series measures about improving the quality of higher education and projects on reform and creation of teaching in order to improve the quality of higher education, and increase students’ employability and innovation capacity. Construction of high quality course is an important measure to implement quality project, improve the quality of and facilitate the reform and innovation of teaching.High quality courses are teaching models with with of the team of leading teachers, superior teaching contents, advanced teaching methods, best textbook, and effective teaching. Website construction of high quality course plays an important role in improving teaching quality and deepening teaching reform. The website is the way, through the network, to evaluate and exam the quality of excellent courses by being reviewed and sharing education resources. It is also the platform to show the teaching contents, teaching resources, teaching staff and academic research of high quality course. Its construction is beneficial to the construction of teaching team, to the development of the discipline and the growth of young teachers, to achieve a certain teaching level that experienced teacher drive the new teachers, and then to promote stepwise development of the teaching team.Yunnan Normal University Business School(YNNUBS), an independent college, has started the construction of teaching quality and teaching reform project since 2009, in order to positively respond to the policy of construction of teaching quality and teaching reform project – improving teaching quality, deepening teaching innovation, promoting teaching reform, facilitating application modern information in teaching, and sharing teaching resources, from the Higher Education Ministry. The high quality courses are an important part of YNNUBS’s teaching quality and teaching reform project. For a lot of teachers take part in the project application, numerous sub-sites need to be constructed with more, newer and higher requirements. This thesis will be focused on developing a management system suitable for the construction of teaching quality and teching reform project at YNNUBS based on the present situation of the website of the high quality course, the actual needs of the construction of teaching quality and teaching reform project, the design of the content management system. The system make use of three layer architecture development – applying ASP.NET technology, adopting B/S(browser/server) design system and the information show(presentation layer, business logic, business logic layer, data access, data management), using SQL Server 2005 database technology, based on the ASP.NET framework 2.0, C# development platform Visualistudioi2008, development language, using the latest web technology, through the HTML, Div + CSS page layout and design style, using server-side controls such as technology, implement the data information collection, information release content and template dynamic production, editing and publishing the content of the visual interface, support site cluster of unified planning and management, distribution management, multiple servers to release and other functions. Therefore, the system will be powerful, simple operation, flexible, convenient, low cost and high efficiency.
