With the rapid development and wide using of video technology, it has been paid by more and more attention. This technology greatly changes the development of the Internet and people's lives. Video system has some characteristics, such as large capacity of multimedia files and concurrent access. Because of that, Video system needs powerful hardware requirements to giving a well service to our customs. Video technology is also widely used in the campus environment to provide information services to the teachers and students. Such a platform is a very good way to share information. But the campus video system still has a lot of problems under traditional platform, because of its inherent characteristics, such as time-sensitive, and sporadic characteristics. Therefore the use of traditional architecture to deploy campus video system may result in a tremendous waste of hardware resources.Cloud Computing (Cloud Computing) is a new computing model. It is distributed computing, parallel computing and Grid Computing. Recently, the concept of cloud computing is widely accepted over the hole industry. The most important features of cloud computing is the pay what you use. The ability of high availability and high scalability is very fit to video system under the campus environment. This paper proposes inside technique of cloud computer. And introduce several major cloud computing platform, including the google's App Engine, IBM's Blue Cloud, and Microsoft's Azure. Success examples are also listed in this paper at home and abroad. Finally, Amazon Web Services is selected as the platform for the video system under campus environment. Using Amazon Web Services, multimedia video system can effectively respond to the a lot of users access to the server at the same time, to facilitate the open video system. Another advantage of cloud computing is that it is very easy to test a new system without the need to pay the costs of expensive hardware purchases.With the increment of the number of video, the need of management, retrieval, and even online editing have rise. In this paper, a multimedia content management system which is based on cloud computer is introduced. Technique like cue point is used to tag the FLV file by using online editor. This article uses the Flash/Flex technology as a multimedia content management system's main technical architecture.In the common user client which is used to see a video, the paper selects HTML5 standard as the main technical architecture. Unlike traditional client-side technologies such as Flash, Sliverlight, HTML5 is not in the form of plug-in of browser, but exists as a native browser support, as long as a better performance. Now, with the popularity of mobile devices, more and more users use their mobile devices to visit the internet. Flash in mobile devices have severely performance problem and HTML5 is a good choice to solve this problem.
