Training simulation system of combat command becomes a mainly method, which is used to improve the command decision ability of military-personnel. Because the training simulation system of combat command has different system architecture and interface description, system has feeblish compatibility, and the new system makes use of the resources of the existing system insufficiently, which leads to long development cycle and much manpower use etc.With the wide application of combat simulation web service, a mass of web service will be produced. This paper uses web service as the form of data resources and function module resources, and mainly resolves the management problem of combat simulation web service. To resolve the problem, the management system of combat simulation web service is designed and developed, and it’s based upon UDDI SDK 2.0 and UDDI groupware of Windows Server 2003.This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is an introduction, describing the current development of combat simulation systems and the birth of service registry web technology. The second chapter is divided into three parts. First, made a comprehensive presentation about the concept of web services features, service agreements and other technical standards for web services applications related technology; Secondly, introduce the SOA from the aspects of concept, general principles of service, distributed architecture, and describe the web service technology based on SOA platform. The main contents of the third chapter includes the basic technology of UDDi integrated classification, military classification mechanism and application of the principle of military classification and the design principle, the methods of military classification, and demonstrated by some examples, the registration process and application of military classification are also introducted. The second chapter and the third chapter are the focus of this paper. The fourth chapter introduces the centralized search and direct search, distributed search web services such as resource discovery architecture. Make a brief introduction about the web service browsing mode, Object Deeping model and three kinds of browse and querying modes. Finally, highlights the QoS, primarily through the aspects of the design, working mode, the quantify to indicator- value. The fifth chapter introuduces separately on the related work of design and implementation of the system, including analysis and design aspects of demand analysis, system design, function structure design, business logic design, data model design, database design, register six areas. System implementation aspects include seven areas of configuring the system development environment, UDDI the main interface of configuring a system, military entity module, combat simulation web services module, service binding module, tModel module. Finally, the system was tested, and the testing system of general purpose, principles are introduced and the black-box and white-box methods are also introduced. The sixth chapter summarizes the main content of this paper, and make prospection on the functional aspects of the system can be the perfect.
