At current time, most of our land and re sources management information system deficiencies on the abs ence of GIS m ole in previously developed land inform ation system and it is difficult to sh are data, the lack of system integration, it is difficult to adapt to the current spatial data management requirements, inadequate support decision-making is one of several m ajor problems. Based on the investigation and analysis of existing land resources inform ation system based on the com bination of Land and Resources Informatization necessity for data organization, database structure, and applications were designe d, the establishment of regional comprehensive practical Nanping City Land Resources Geographic Information system made a good attempt.Land Resources m anagement system of Nanping city using com ponent GIS development technology, seamless multi-source data integration technology, and XML technology, the use of land and resources Ar cSDE spatial data management foundation and Land Resources, business data, spatial data and to achieve a true integration of non-spatial data integration, build support for a variety of business process management, business analysis m odel, to achieve the ba sic functions of e-gove rnment territory. In addition, the system also has a decision support modules.System implementation can better m eet the needs of daily business m anagement applications to achieve e-governm ent to meet the decision-m aking departments and business units of land data requires eff ective development of land resources, ca n effectively release information, provide scientific data, in the area effective sharing of data between resources. Thereby reducing the administrative aspects, effectively saving the waste of adm inistrative resources, greatly reducing staff tim e, improve work efficiency.
