With the rapid development of China’s economy,it is both an opportunity and challenge for logistics industry which bears more and more heavy and complicated task. Fast and accurate are the most urgent demand for logistic industry. In the pursuit of faster, better and stronger development, logistic industry also need to improve efficiency at the same time and step to the road of scientific development. The traditional model of logistic information system have resolved the requirement of logistics informatization to some extent, but have not fully used the advantagne of network. There are many problems in the traditional model, such as: no unified user interface style faces; complex of development and maintenance; difficult in transplant; unaccept the new1 technology; lack of systemic structure framework and so on. So there is an urgent need to the application of mobile technology with unlimited platform, strong portability, security and stability of the advantages of J2 EE development framework, and the design of logistics information system based on WEB which used on cross-platform mobile terminals. Then the implementation of logistics information system from "being digital" model to "live" network model will be achieved.Once upon a time, all kinds of logistics system can complete the release of logistics information, collection, processing, but can’t be more friendly and convenient support logistics information of wireless transmission, wireless data collection and real-time transmission. As a result, the transmission of logistics information cannot be accurately and timely realized, which reduces the function and efficiency of the logistics information system. Therefore, the logistics information system developing based on mobile technology development has a positive effect on the improvement of the logistics information management. Logistics enterprises, owner of the vehicles and the owner of the cargo connected by intelligent terminal and sensor devices have realized the immediate information transmission and exchange, and intelligent management of owners of truck and warehouse, and the management of the database operation. The intelligent management way of the system makes logistics enterprises immediately, accurately and comprehensively grasp of vehicles and goods information. Mobile logistics system has become a trend of logistics development at home and abroad.Logistics information system based on mobile technology which designed to connect to the server database makes it easy to the operation of the data.The distribution of the user name and password for each user have realized the secure login system. Now many of the logistics enterprises often cannot grasp the specific situation of vehicles and goods, especially for the position of the vehicle and cargo information. Positioning has been realized by importing the Baidu map. The system achieved vehicles and goods real-time location query, online scheduling and distribution management in the logistics process. Previously the logistics information system cannot grasp the accurate position of the vehicle and cargo.Logistics information system based on mobile technology with Barcode Scanning technology has realized the accurate judgment of the cargo information and ensured the accuracy of the transportaton of goods. Logistics information system based on mobile technology has overcome the shortage of the current mobile system technology such as insecurity, energy-waste, long time delay. The logistic information system based on the mobile technology has implemented the quantitative SQLite database encryption of mobile technology and MYSQL database server implemented the HTTPS database interaction, adopted SSL/TLS to protect passwords and other sensitive data transmission and the certificate lock, used Salt encrypted storage and the APK installation package signature defines its own custom permissions and other measures to protect the security of the system. At the same time, the scientific establish of segment table index and transactions have reduced the system time delay and energy consumption and improve the system integration.
