With the rapid development of e-commerce logistics,higher requirements are put forward for the speed and efficiency of warehousing logistics management.More and more logistics companies are forced to adopt new technologies to realize the intelligent management of modern logistics,such as handling robots,manipulators,palletizing robots and lifting equipment.In this paper,aiming at the problem of pallet transportation between the shelf operation area and the warehouse,an intelligent logistics system is designed.The intelligent handling robot is used to realize the intelligent management of pallet transportation.This paper focuses on the scheduling and user management system of intelligent mobile robot.Firstly,Ultra Wide Band(UWB)based positioning technology combined with least squares method is used to realize the precise positioning of mobile robot.Secondly,based on the principle of differential steering control and Robot Operating System(ROS),the driving and control of the mobile robot are realized.Thirdly,the shortest path planning of the handling robot is realized by using the improved A-star algorithm(A Star,A*)to optimize the turning times and path length.Then,the conflict resolution method based on speed regulation is used to solve the traffic conflict of the mobile robot.Finally,the user management system is developed by using Visual Studio 2015 software programming.Finally,the intelligent logistics system of mobile robot is realized by combining hardware and software.By building a UWB positioning base station in the laboratory,the positioning accuracy of the mobile robot based on UWB positioning method is measured,and the positioning accuracy is ±10cm.In the user management system,the multi-thread programming method is used to simulate the path planning,traffic conflict and scheduling management of the multi-handling robot.In the laboratory environment,the system validation of single-handler robot achieves the management of warehousing and outgoing,and achieves the system design goal.
