Modern logistics industry has rapidly developed and has become one of the pillar industries of the national economy. Logistics vehicle positioning and monitoring System, which plays an important role in informatization and intelligentialization of logistics industry, has been widely used in transportation operation. Monitoring system based on satellite navigation has become relatively mature, however, GPS cannot be applied to the parking lot,where vehicles demand high precision positioning while other technologies such as ultrasound, Wi-Fi, RFID,UWB applied in parking lot positioning also have their respective advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, selecting an appropriate kind of wireless location technology is very important for logistics parking lots vehicle positioning and monitoring System.Topic of this paper needs to locate logistics vehicle in the parking lots. The main research of this paper is based on nanoPAN embedded logistics vehicle positioning and monitoring system. The main content of the research is:First of all, the research and analysis of several kinds of commonly used wireless positioning system, research is mainly focused in the chirp spread spectrum (CSS) technology and compared it with several other wireless positioning technology in their technical characteristics and advantages. Then, a kind of logistics parking lots wireless location system, which is based on the module of nanoPAN5375, including the wireless terminal software, hardware design and PC monitoring software is designed.Secondly, we study the basic method to calculate the position of 3D space, and its positioning results are analyzed. Out of consideration for real-time and practicality, and ultimately determines the two-dimensional plane positioning as the direction of this article. In this system, the program code used for point to point ranging is written, using the SDS-TWR Ranging algorithm, and then the distance can be measured. In order to overcome the adverse effects of parking lots environment on the positioning accuracy, the paper used a Kalman filter, and proposed a weighted correction positioning algorithm combined with trilateration for 2D plane positioned. Positioning system first use trilateration to estimate the initial position of the tags, then the weighted correction algorithm the extent of neighbor of the testing tag and reference tags by the initial coordinate calculated by trilateration, then bound to the error between the estimated coordinates and actual coordinates of reference tags, to correct the initial coordinates of the testing tags to improve the positing accuracy.At last,the hardware part of the system is based on embedded ARM as a platform and Germany Nanotran company nanoPAN5375 RF module as the positioning core.The software design is mainly composed of the software of wireless terminal system and PC software system. Wireless terminal system is mainly used to collect location data, and car terminal system s mainly used to display alone; PC is mainly used for the calculation and the whole positioning process of real-time monitoring.The test results of positioning system show that the system basically achieved the high positioning accuracy, range, good real-time performance and low cost requirements. Finally, according to the deficiency of the system, this paper gives a further improvement method and thought in the future.
