With the development of science and technology, the progress of the society, power enterprises have made rapid progress in the application of computer technology, but because of our province’s rural population is numerous, take the family as the number of power users particularly large number of units, rural power distribution transformer is very huge, dispersed arrangement and with the increasing number of households and firms, rural power distribution transformer operation and management of the workload will be extremely huge, it is difficult to effectively for rural power distribution transformer operation management for real-time control effectively.Rural power distribution transformer operation management system is established under this background, through the establishment of this system will continue to strengthen and guarantee the safe and stable operation of rural power distribution transformer. In the architecture of the system design mainly adopts three layers of structure design, the first layer is the lower platen area and power users, mainly to complete data collection work and the related acquisition equipment installation and initial work; the second layer is the main wireless communication network(GPRS/CDMA), for the low voltage area and power users copy for electric data uploaded to the system using layer, at the same time this layer is the bridge of data transmission, network channel set up wireless transmission; the third layer is mainly user layer, mainly is the application server and the rural power distribution transformer operation management system software and client browser component, thus completing the access and use of data.This paper first introduced the topic research background, research value and combined with the domestic and international research status for a large number of analysis, the formation of the main content of this paper research; second is through to the research of needs analysis, detailed design, completed the system function module and the demand content non functional module and each function module database design, performance index design, system architecture design work; finally completed the main contents of research on this subject is realized and system test function.Rural power distribution transformer operation management system is a high standard of software system, through the online or offline mode, combined with effective science and technology means to achieve for rural power distribution transformer operation, real-time on-line monitoring and off-line monitoring, complete with transformer district electricity analysis, load forecasting and marketing management, the main the realization of the function module with a data interface, data computing, file management, operation results monitoring, operation data monitoring and abnormal data analysis, analysis, key areas of Taiwan data real time monitoring and analysis report, target management, system management module, which is to provide management information timely, true, scientific use of electricity management power operation management, promote the upgrade, improve the economic benefits of service for electric power enterprises.
