The Research Of The Distribution Network Closing Loop Operation And The Development Of The Decising Software

In the closing loop operation of distribution network it will generate large loop current and impact current, which directly affects the net safety. So it is necessary to develop a computer-aid decision-making software which can offer some guidance to operators before making the operation, it has pragmatic values. In this paper, we put forward a simplify mode of loop operation and it deduces the calculation of stable current and impact current. In this paper it analyzes the loop power flow then finds the key factors which affect the loop current is the difference of voltage, then it can change the difference of voltage mode according to adjusting the compensation of capacitor and the tap of transformer to reduce the loop current. We adopt OOP technique and choose Visual C++ 6.0 as develop tool to develop the software, and it analyzes the structure and function of the system, and it also imitate the system for the two closing loop transformer subststion. The reaserch has practical values and important theries to guide network.
