Design And Implement For The Management System Of Automotive Components Enterprise

Under the background of globalization within the whole vehicle industry, all international vehicle manufacturers chose the global sourcing for their parts, to reduce the cost and enhance the competitiveness globally. And because of the increasing economic vitality, China market attracted a large number of vehicle manufacturers and part manufacturers to invest and build up factories. As the supplier for vehicle manufacturers(OEMs), part manufacturers must meet OEMs’ demands on production at any time, and this does raise a high level requirements to part manufacturers. For this reason, to build and implement a systematic management had become the only path to their survival and development.Considering above issues, this thesis analyzed present situation and features of vehicle part industry. With the design and implement of management system for vehicle part enterprise as the primary object for study, and basing on a deep analysis on the management theory of Enterprise Resource Planning System, this thesis also stated some idea about the design and implement of management system for vehicle part enterprise, the primary models included and their functions/features, and some attempt on application development for enterprise business process. The research on part manufacturers’ management processIn the management system of a vehicle part enterprise, the key point is to meet the demands in a JIT(Just-In-Time), such as to release and update production forecast basing on customer request, and organize purchasing & manufacturing to ensure all delivery on time. All in all, this is a complete circulation including marketing, material purchasing and inventory control, product delivery and inventory control, sales management, planning control, and financial tracking.2. Architecture Design of management system for vehicle part enterpriseThis management system should cover Master Data Maintenance, Distribution(Purchasing & Sales), Inventory Management, Production(with work order and/or repeated production), Material Request Planning(MRP), Account Receivable Management(including Advance AR), Account Payable Management, Ledger Management, Fixed Asset Management(pending) and related reports, Cost Control and related analysis reports.3. Design, Implement & Application Development of Enterprise Management System basing on QADTo design management system for enterprise, basing on QAD software function and the business mode of enterprise. Customization development for some special business requirement by Enterprise were also included.
