Based on the above overall design, the thesis realizes the key functions such as data collection, accounting processing and statistics analysis. In the part of system test, corresponding test is made aiming at system key functions and system optimization is made according to system test. The design of internetwork accounting system is helpful to promote the change of enterprise management from extensive management to intensive management and enhance the efficiency and quality of telecom operator internetwork accounting management in a certain extent, meeting the actual needs of enterprise business development and increasingly fierce telecom market competition.
