Design And Implementation Of Accounting Information Centre System For Sinopec Corporation

The most important aspect of the companies' management is to strengthen the management of finance,the finance's management quality is good or bad also reflects the management level of companies.The situation is also true of China Petrochemical Corporation.SASAC points out definitely we should make full use of modern information and Internet technology to support the accountant of China Petrochemical Corporation's information collecting and transmitting,and we can innovate management ways of finance,improve management level,so that finance and management mechanism will reach to a high level.Building and performing focus business accounting system is the foundation of company's financial information so as to change the style of the traditional financial accounting.It also can make all financial accounting information become more centralized and it is beneficial to achieve the focused management of accountant budget.In the process of design and implementation,Sinopec focused business accounting system accords strictly to inner control program.At the same time,because the system belongs to information management system,so the process of finishing this system also strictly accords to general developing process of software.Firstly,this paper narrated the background and significance of developing Sinopec accounting central booking system and analyzed the situation at homeland and abroad.Combining with the problem of financial accounting in practical work,we concluded that it was necessary to design this system.At the same time,it pointed out the major problem which we need to solve in developing this system.Secondly,the paper researched the theoretical basis and key technology about this system,providing technical support for developing.It involves many problems,such as unified login,report forms and data exchange in enormous system,ABAP & Java EE,CITRIX technical application deployment plan in developing system,Net-Weaver technical platform and so on.Thirdly,the paper made the requirement analysis of this system according to software development process.Meanwhile,we introduced business process and raised the functionality of system,including standard code management module,accounting management module,trading platform module and report resource management module.The paper also modeled for each functional module and gave the use case diagram for each module.It also designed the system's E-R diagram by data modeling.The paper designed the system's software architecture,functional structure and database's table architecture.Then,this paper gave the detailed design and implementation of each functional module,including the class diagram and sequence diagram for system function module.Finally,this paper describes the process of testing the functional and non-functional requirements of the system.The test procedure includes preparing test environment,writing test case,testing concrete function,analyzing test result.From the test results it can reach a conclusion that the design of the system is reasonable and effective.After deployment and testing,the design and implementation of the central business accounting system based on the information integration platform and the trading platform of the China Petrochemical Corporation has realized the company's different types financial management requirements,collected the financial system between corporation and subsidiary company and realized centralized accounting of the business and automatic report table generating.
