With the continuous development of the power companies and the increasing number of users of information technology, people increasingly fast pace of life, the traditional payment methods are limited in space and time, have been difficult to meet people’s needs.This study architecture built on J2 EE technologies, mainly in the application of the Java platform to achieve simplification companies to develop solutions. In the management of complex systems and the layout of some of the structural problems, J2 EE technology architecture greatly facilitates the solution of complex problems, which mainly uses the core technology is the Java Platform, Standard Edition or Java platform, the application of this technology to facilitate data stored take, effectively ensure the security of data, and can fully support the use of related technologies. Therefore, the choice of an appropriate system technical architecture helps reduce running time of the market, promote the development of appropriate systems technology enterprise architecture. The main function of the system to achieve online sales of electricity and sale of electricity with other system interfaces, while convenient and efficient to meet the electricity sales, the sale of electricity for each system data synchronization, and have statistics query and analysis capabilities.In this thesis, the power company’s application development process auxiliary power marketing system and a detailed description of the design. Firstly, as with J2 EE technology platform based on B/S architecture, combined with data warehousing and data mining technology, power-assisted marketing from the actual demand for auxiliary power marketing application systems and business processes to optimize the comb from the business situation, design principle, functional analysis and other aspects of the system clearly needs. Secondly, the overall function of the system database and a detailed design and system-related modules were implemented and tested.
