With the development of computer science and technology, the information is widely used in many businesses and accelerates the development. However, as high education quickly develops, it becomes difficult for the students to search for jobs and experience hardly and on the other hand companies are not able to find appropriable employees. So a solution of Management System of Combination of Companies and Students of Art and Design College appears. This paper mainly describes the requirement, design, module and key technology of the system. This paper primarily is a source from the requirement of Combination of Companies and Students of Art and Design College.The B/S architecture has been well used in the solution, which makes users conveniently use this system only with explorer. And this system makes use of three tier architectures:data layer, logic layer and view layer, which lead to clearly architecture and it is convenient for developers to initially design or extend later. This system also adjusts the rich client concept and many data handler and operation code implement on the client side, which can short the reaction time and improve the user friendly. This system uses the open source Ext library and Linq to accelerate the development process.And this project was finished by several iteration and reconstruction. It not only confirmed the style and requirement in development process but completed project on time. The development tools are Virtual Studio 2010 and SQL Server 2005.This system is a bridge and a connection between students and companies, which is under the monitor by college, and makes those obtain benefits.
