With the social development and progress. Production of electrical energy in ourlives and plays an increasingly important role, I was able to become an integral part ofthe energy. Meanwhile, China’s development and the improvement of living standardsfor the quality of electricity services also put forward higher requirements for ourcountry. This paper intends to develop a resource management for power managementsoftware for power resources for scientific management, has to reduce operating costs,pricing and other scientific purposes.Topic learn rapid prototyping software engineering development methods: On thebasis of preliminary detailed research work, to do as much as possible detailed softwarerequirements analysis. On the basis of the needs analysis to develop a prototype modelof the system. Then change according to the needs or demands to gradually improve thesystem until the entire development work is completed.This paper is based on the study of power resources for effective scientificmanagement, the use of advanced computer technology and manage power resources inthe B/S architecture model approach. By using this system, efficient management ofpower resources to achieve the effect.Systems for the power companies and electricity users to provide their own clientprogram respectively, while handling service on the server side execution. By providingcorporate clients, companies can easily manage the electricity resources; whileelectricity end users can understand their electricity consumption by the customer, souser-friendly power resources, while reducing manual operations to reduce operatingcosts.
