The Design And Implementation Of Sharing And Management System Of Development Working Documents Of Police Of Zhongshan

With the development of information construction of public security organs, it’s main work such as entry and exit administrationentry, household registration management, security administration,caseload approval etc has been done basically with Systematization and informatization. However, the normal work’s informatization of The Public Security Bureau’s has not been done by many people yet. In this paper according to the need of workingnd, the difficulty of the work document’s sharing and transfering because staff flow frequently between two departments and internal the public security organs.In this paper, the construction and development of the informatization of abroad and domestic police work is investigated and researched, and the problem is analysed about the work documents of abroad and domestic police shring difficultly at present, and a conclusion which most police can attach importance to main business’ s informatization,but neglect normal work’s informatization. By abstracting the work flow of police’s normal work and the rule and system of the management, the model of busin-ess database and system is formed, the system of the sharing the work document of police department is designed based on.Net Framework, Sql server 2005, the technology of the file transfering. In this system the function module is designed, realized and improved by using the program language, and this is setup and run. On this platform, work document and communication are going to be got between manager and workman in police unit. Member of police unit can upload the work document to file server after solved, and set the authorities range of this document first. If outside of the authorities range of this sharing document want to read or edit it, he must be allowed by manager of this police unit or this uploader of this documents. If the manager think it necessary, he will check a document’s authorities again. By the way of all kinds of work and operation flow, official documents are shared freely.This system is setup on the information centre room of the Public Security Bureau of Zhongshan, and provide to share service of the normal document for the department of investigation and research, command and dispatch of the command centre of police, finish the upload and sharing operation work of 1236 documents, built 2 account of unit, these documents are read and download 234 times. In practice it has been proved that it is a good work for sharing the work document of police unit to design and setup, and help the informatization of police for the work’s informatization of police thoroughly.
