Design And Implementation Of Case Management System For Public Security Bureau

Detection of the public security bureau is mainly responsible for the area of the case,to protect people's lives and property safety,for the harmonious society escort.Domestic criminal cases has been in a growth trend,which brings great pressure to work.When the Public Security Bureau of criminal cases,the Public Security Bureau will use paper to record confession and on-site evidence and other information,this not only the efficiency is low,and the case record is very difficult,in this case,the public security bureau only by increasing the manpower to meet the increasing requirements of case processing.In order to solve the defects of the existing management mode,enhance the efficiency of handling cases,the Public Security Bureau introduced the decision case management system.This paper expounds the construction process of the case management system of the public security bureau from four parts: requirement analysis,outline design,detailed design and code construction.Through comparative analysis,the system is based on the B/S model,using J2 EE platform to develop code,select SQL Server2012 to store data,and use fingerprint identification technology.In the demand analysis,through questionnaire survey,the system function requirements are defined,including case management,case management,case notification and case statistics analysis,and the performance requirements scheme is proposed.Based on the requirement scheme,the system outline design and detailed design are completed.Only the case management system to meet the basic requirements of the public security bureau to apply it to the Public Security Bureau,Public Security Bureau in the implementation of the case management system,the Bureau of public security case management system requirements and performance requirements were tested.Finally,the system has the following characteristics: the fingerprint identification technology is introduced to realize the fingerprint comparison of suspects;it can improve the efficiency of crime detection.Secondly,the u SMS cat technology is used to achieve case notification which replaces the traditional telephone notification mode,and finally the data protection strategy is used to protect data.At present,the case management system has been deployed to the public security bureau to assist the staff to deal with the case business,and it has played a very good efficiency,and promoted the work efficiency.
