Improve the sampling rate and increase the number of channels of data acquisition system(DAS) has become the main development trend of modern electronic systems. Digital oscilloscope as a typical DAS, the sampling rate and the number of channels have higher requirements in practical application. This paper based on a four channel DTO development platform, designed a four channel high-speed DAS. This design adopts the domestic ADC, using Time-Interleaved ADC(TIADC) sampling technology, increased the sampling rate of the system. At the same time through the synchronous technology design, the multi-channel data acquisition synchronization is realized.Paper main research content including improve the sampling rate, data receive and large capacity storage design of data acquisition, high-speed parallel data transmission design, control system design and the trigger system implementation of multi-channel acquisition.In terms of improving acquisition system sampling rate, this design using TIADC sampling technology, sampling rate increased from 2GSPS to 4GSPS. By determining the phase relationship between ADC’s data synchronous clock, implements up to 16 road parallel data correct data split and multi-channel acquisition synchronous.In terms of acquisition control system design, according to the principle of cost savings and maximum use of existing resources, with the method of parallel and serial interface to mix, improved the acquisition system resource utilization, reduced the system cost.In the trigger system of DAS, according to the multi-channel characteristic, designed a modular trigger signal transmission and processing scheme. Modularized each two channel, only need to complete one module function in the design, can be realized four-channel trigger function through software control. Greatly reduced the difficulty of the design and development cycle,At the same time the cutting or extension of the acquisition system become easier.This paper also research and designed the system power supply and other modules, and ultimately achieved dual channel 4 GSPS or four channels 2 GSPS high-speed DAS based on DTO.
