In contemporary society,the threat of information security vulnerabilities is becoming more and more serious,while the research on information security disciplines such as cryptography is still in a state of gradual development and improvement.As an emerging branch of cryptography,side-channel analysis has increasingly demonstrated its powerful secret key analysis capabilities in attacking engineering cryptographic devices.The side-channel analysis can recover partial or complete secret key information by collecting the side-channel information such as timing,power consumption,or electromagnetic of cryptographic devices and analyzing them with mathematical methods.In previous side-channel analysis,researchers locate the running interval of the cryptographic algorithm with the help of the trigger signal,which makes the trigger signal to be a kind of indispensable signal.However,after investigating a lot of side-channel attacking cases on real-world cryptographic devices,the author found that researchers usually have difficulties in finding or setting trigger signals.Therefore,in order to cope with side-channel analyzing scenarios that lack trigger signals,the thesis proposes a new scheme by improving the acquisition and processing flow of the side-channel trace.The scheme proposed in this thesis is mainly implemented from the following two aspects:1.This thesis proposes the "rough matching+fine matching" architecture.The"rough matching" is used for executing fast locating of cryptography algorithm's running interval,and the "fine matching" is used for filtering intervals and aligning them.2.This thesis proposes two kinds of rough matching algorithm:for side-channel traces with random delay,this thesis proposes the fast-distance matching algorithm;for side-channel traces without random delay,this thesis proposes the fast-elastic matching algorithm.In addition,the thesis performs side-channel analyzing experiments to the Sasebo-W and WISP 5.0 RFID tag devices by using the proposed scheme.The results demonstrate the feasibility and efficiency of the scheme.
