Three-phase SCR controlled rectification power supply has been widely used in the high power industry area. The key control elements of trigger and regulator are hotspots of research in power electronics field. As for the system is complicated, non-linear and time-changing, how to design every element suitably to acquire the best control effects has important theory significance and practical value. The paper introduces the new universal digital trigger based on CPLD and PLL. CPLD software and the peripheral hardware designs are analyzed in detail. Simulation-and experimental results verify the performance, the problems are analyzed as well . Because it has the function of auto-adjusting of the pulse sequence, it improves the reliability of the system and it is a good snubber interface between regulator and main circuit.Three-phase full bridge controlled rectifier, filter circuit and the common loads' mathematics models are built and analyzed .According to the rate of the transition process, the controlled rectification power supply can be classified into fast response and slow response.Based on identification of the transition processes using the slope method, thedifferent fuzzy control strategy is adopted. The control method can meet the requirements of real time control and non-error regulation. The simulation results verify its practibility. After that.the design scheme based on DSP is introduced including the design of hardware andsoftware flow chart.EMC is an important aspect which can not neglected, so the designs of EMC are summarized including hardware and software.
