In recent years,pulsed power technology develops rapidly,the technology of high-voltage pulse discharge broken rock also achieved unprecedented results.It is very important to study the effectiveness,stability and continuity of the control signal when the compact Marx generator output powerful pulse.This thesis focuses on the research of trigger power system,the output pulse parameter of the traditional trigger power can meets the application requirements,due to the production process is complicated,hard to design and the costs were expensive.Besides,the output pulse amplitude,width and energy of current product cannot meet the requirements of industry.Consequently,the researchers develop a set of trigger power applied in the compact Marx generator.The trigger power used pulse transformer to increase the output pulse amplitude,pulse forming section was outputted mainly through two-step boost voltage to the input voltage,and the square wave to control the electronic switch was generated by the digital circuit,isolate and protect this square wave signal and the MOS tube with the photo electricity module.The main part of the trigger power can output a pulse which last 4?s high-voltage pulse,its pulse front was slow,amplitude low.In order to obtain a high-voltage pulse signal,input the output pulse of trigger power to the pulse transformer module with twisted-pair,through the high-voltage capacitors and magnetic switches to sharpen the front of the pulse,and then transmit it to the primary coil of pulse transformer.Finally,the secondary coil output a pulse signal which width was 2?s,the maximum amplitude was 200 kV,repetition frequency was 10 Hz.In the apply experiment of Trigger power,use voltage divider decrease the voltage to measure the high voltage,decrease and convert the high current so that measure it conveniently with a Roche coil.Resistive divider was commonly used in the Voltage divider,after theoretical and simulation analysis to the spurious parameters in this thesis,the arm-to-ground capacitance of high-voltage has a great influence on the output characteristics,when designing the resistive divider,add shield to the low-voltage arm reduce electromagnetic interference,it also can improve the output wave and reducing the arm-to-ground capacitance of high-voltage.In the spark switch experiment of triggering a simple Marx generator,the output pulse does a great damage to the rock target block obviously.The energy stored sectioncan converted the electrical energy into kinetic energy to destroy the rock into fragments,so the researchers develop a compact Marx generator to reduce the energy loss of internal parameters based on this.In the continuous trigger experiment of three-electrode switch,the output frequency of the trigger power meets the design requirements;the trigger is more effective and stable in the high-frequency operation.Consequently,the trigger power can be used in the trigger experiment of compact Marx generator.When the compact Marx generator was triggered,measure the output Waveform with a metal ball gap as the load.Using Matlab process and fitting the waveform data,drawing enveloping line,calculate the internal parameters of the devices through the attenuation coefficient,capacitance and cycle data.Finally,the trigger power satisfied the design and use requirements by the experiment.
