The Design And Development Of High Defintion And Standard Defintion Television Broadcasting Network Management System

High Definition(HD) is the main trend in the development of television, and the standard definition(SD) TV is gradually converting to the HDTV. Because of the limitation of conditions,this conversion process is gradual. And the TV industry has entered a period of high and standard definition broadcast. With the development of computer network and multimedia technology, non-linear editing technology with its unique advantages has been widely used in building television network systems. Therefore, design and development of safe, efficient and suitable for high standard definition with the broadcast network management system has become an urgent need for the development of television.Aiming at the development present situation and the existing problems of television, this paper studied the high standard definition broadcast television network based on computer network technology and software engineering theory. The goal of this project is to design a high standard definition broadcast television network management system, realize effective management for television networks. Combining with the related theory of high and standard definition broadcast television network, this paper analysis of the development of related technologies. According to the characteristics of high and standard definition broadcast television networks and the system security considerations, object-oriented software development methods, C/S architecture model and C# language were chosen to develop this management system with the visual Studio development tools based on the.NET platform. In the requirements analysis phase, a detailed requirement analysis is proposed from the building object, business processes, functional requirements and non-functional requirements such as the aspects of the system. Based on the requirement analysis, the system architecture of this management system is designed. To simplify the development process, the management system is divided into six modules. At the same time, the Entity Relationship Diagram and database table structure is designed to effectively manage the system data. In the implementation phase, the management system of six modules was realized using the C# programming language. Lastly, reasonable and systematic testing program was formulated to test the network management system in its entirety.By testing and actual use of television staff, the management system has the reasonable design, succinct interface. It is easily operated and runs well. The management system can achieved effective management of the high and standard definition broadcast television network management system. At the same time the use of this management system will effectively improve the working efficiency, reduce the investment of personnel and money. It has the great promoting meaning for the development of television station.
