The Design And Implementation Of H.265 High-definition Network Camera Based On Hi3516E

Video surveillance is the most widely used system in security system,which plays an important role in maintaining national stability and ensuring personal safety.With the development of modern science and technology,video surveillance technology is constantly upgrading and improving.Networking,high-definition,low bit rate and standardization have become the development direction of video surveillance.Based on the development trend and market demand of video surveillance,this article designed and implemented a H.265 high-definition network camera based on Hi3516 E chip,the main work is as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the market demand,the specific function and performance characteristics of the camera are defined,and the overall hardware scheme and software architecture of the camera are designed.(2)Starting from the hardware scheme,the overall workflow of the camera is analyzed.Select Hi3516 E core processor,SmartSens SC2235 CMOS image sensor,4mm integrated optical lens and day and night switching device to form a designed twomegapixel high-definition network camera hardware platform,and study the functional and performance characteristics of the selected devices.(3)The software system of H.265 high-definition network camera is presented.There are four layers from bottom to top: device driver layer,operating system layer,media layer and application layer.The device driver,embedded development environment and video codec are studied,and specific operating examples were given.(4)A comparative test was conducted on the image quality of the designed camera.The cameras with different core processor chips are selected as reference to compare the image quality in multiple scenes,and the test results are analyzed.After testing,the system has the advantages of perfect function,good stability,interconnection with other manufacturers,and achieves the design requirements of high definition and network.
