With the development of the IOT(Internet of Things), there are more and more different kinds of IOT services. However, applications of mobile-based IOT services are still in a low level. Nowadays IOT service cannot be user-customized. One application cannot meet with different needs. With these problems, this thesis designs a frame which makes the mobile-based service access and service customization possible. It also designs and realizes the functions of security authentication, service description, and service customization.The frame which this thesis clarifies is based on the HTTP protocol. The frame has three layers: security layer, conversation layer and service layer. The main function of the security layer is the security authentication. This thesis issues and designs a scheme for the service security authentication and gives its technical solution. The conversation layer includes the service description and service customization. This thesis designs specification of service description, and clarifies some security problems of service description. For the service customization, this thesis issues a service negotiation mechanism. It also designs the procedure of service customization. Finally it gives the technical solution.In order to testify the validity and liability of the frame, this thesis tests the “IOT smart serivces” platform and the mobile APP which is designed based on the frame. The testing includes three sections for the three functions, security authentication, service description and service customization. Each section contains white box testing and black box testing. Finally this thesis gives the testing report and proves the validity and liability of the frame.
