Service Customization Research Based On Workflow

With the development of information technology, the Internet business systemis no longer only focus to its own function, but on the sharing of resources andcoordination of operation. So the Internet business system inevitably become thesystem of cross-domain sharing and integration. That means that how these systemseffectively completed cross-border business integration has become one of the mainproblems for enterprise when they develop their own business system.The Web services technology provides an opportunity for solving this problem.The Web service has a series of protocols based on the XML.XML itself has theadvantages of cross-platform makes the Web services very suitable for businessintegration. However, there still are many further research of Web service.(1) There is no universal Web service description model and lack of effectivecommunication Way between users and the service providers. The understanding andstructure of Web service is quite different among the developers。So it is difficult forusers to describe their needs when they search Web service on Internet.(2) Single service usually can not meet the user’s need. That is because theservice providers want to simplify the application logic of service and improve servicereusability, their service generally will not be designed too complex.This paper focus on the problem which is mentioned above.I try to use semanticWeb and workflow to solve the two problem. The main work and achievements are asfollows:(1) Present a workflow template based on semantic. The role of the template isthe effective combination of Web service to meet user complex business need. Byadding semantic in the use of template can not only show that the significance andfunction of the template to the user, but also convenient for users to search fortemplate.(2) Design a Web service customization platform based on semantic workflowtemplate. This paper introduces the function of each module and the realizationmechanism in details. This paper proves the Web service customization platform mechanism by theinstance in the shared resources platform of traditional Chinese medicine.
